Returns

I want you to be delighted with your artwork. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact the studio within 3 days of delivery.

Original artwork may be returned in its original condition and packaging at the buyer's expense for a refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs.

The artwork must be carefully repackaged, insured for its full value, and returned with tracking. Artwork returned damaged, altered, or improperly packaged may not be eligible for a full refund.

Damaged Artwork

Every effort is made to package artwork securely for transit. If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact the studio within 3 days of delivery and include photographs of the artwork, packaging materials, and shipping box.

Returns

Once the returned artwork has been received and inspected, you will be notified by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

Shipping charges, customs fees, duties, taxes, and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

Prints

Prints and reproductions are not eligible for return. If your print arrives damaged, please contact the studio and I will work with you to resolve the issue.
